Stone Washing Services

Nowadays denim and jeans come in many styles and shades, some of which feature a distressed or used look. These garments appear faded, and the fabric is also softer than with non-treated jeans. To give `aged` denim look and make the fabric softer and smoother, many types of washing are given to denim fabric. Stone washing service is the most widely used and the oldest method of all finishing treatments, with about 90% of jeans trousers that inevitably go through this process.

Some of the top benefits of stone washing service are:

  1. 1Very low process time
  2. 2Highly economical price
  3. 3Top quality chemicals with eco standards
  4. 4Advanced and first-class product technology
  5. 5Creating special appearance and updated clothes of vintage style
  6. 6Softness and flexibility of stone wash garment
  7. 724/7 (in three shift’s)

Stone wash finishes represent the aesthetic finishes given to the denim fabric in order to improve the appeal and provide strength, as well as to give the garment a smoother feel and a unique, faded look. Thus the process gives the designers the flexibility to create a broader range of shades, finishing effects and new fashion possibilities. Different methods of denim stone washing include the use of pumice stone, neutral and acid cellulases, and also combination of pumice stone and cellulases. The goal is creating original, worn-out appearance that is desirable to consumers, i.e. to lighten and soften the stonewashed garment. When stone washing denim, the fabric is actually spun together with pumice stones in large industrial washing machines. Pumice stones are available in different shapes, compositions, hardness and porosity, and the choice depends upon end products (large and hard stones are used for heavy, while smaller and softer for light weight denim). By applying pumice stone wash, the surface of the stone washed jeans is abraded and the faded look of the garment is accomplished. For stonewash finishes, we use quality chemicals from Italy, Turkey and Switzerland that are environmentally friendly. This processing technique is still the most famous of all washings in the textile industry due to vintage style laundry look it creates.
